Call for Papers: Global Perspective on Immigration and Health

Background

With the development of economy, more and more immigrants are searching for job or business from one place to another place. The flow process has important influence on their health outcomes, but this area is not paid full attention with scholars. Because most of them are from underdeveloped areas to developed regions, living conditions and environment of immigration cities is not ideal, comparing with the counterparts. Furthermore, They also face a series of health problems, such as maternal and child health, reproductive health, occupational health, health insurance and so on. All these problems may influence immigrants’ health in some distance. In order to better understand in this area, GHRP journal would like to collect the following immigration issues including, but not limited to:

Immigration Behavior and Health
Immigration Mental Health
Immigration Health Policy
Immigration Environmental Health
Immigration Maternal and children health
Immigration and health care
Other urgent and neglected global health for immigrants

Timeline

Please submitting an Abstract to our mailbox (qqjk@whu.edu.cn) by May 31th,2017 .The full text should be submitted to our website (http://ghrp.biomedcentral.com/) by Aug 31th,2017.
